Be part of the team that brings Rath Yatra to life. Volunteers power every part of the festival — pick where you’d like to serve and we’ll match you to a team.

Community Stall Booking (Paid)
Rath Yatra Mela Stall
Calling our own community entrepreneurs! Showcase your products and services at the Rath Yatra Mela 2026 and connect with thousands of residents during the festival.
- Mela Dates: 17th – 23rd July 2026
- Venue: PBEL City Club House
- Stall Fee: ₹2500 per day
- Only vegetarian food & beverage items allowed
- Limited stalls — first come, first served

Cultural Program
Register to perform at the Rath Yatra cultural program — bhajans, devotional dance, instrumental, or any devotional art form. Open to all age groups.
- Solo, duo, or group performances welcome
- Devotional dance, songs, drama, instrumental
- Performance slot: 3–4 minutes
- Slot confirmation will be communicated separately

Standup Comedy
Got the funny bone? Register to perform standup comedy at the Rath Yatra cultural evening — bring your best clean material and make the community laugh.
- Open to all PBEL City residents
- Set length: 10–15 minutes
- Content must be family-friendly

Children's Registration
Kids Workshop & Drawing Competition
A fun, interactive workshop for children — arts & crafts, storytelling of Lord Jagannath, and mini cultural activities — alongside a separate drawing competition.
- Age group: 6–14 years
- Duration: 2 hours (morning session)
- All materials provided
- Parent/guardian must be present

Children's Registration
Kids Mythological Fashion Show
Watch kids dress up as beloved mythological characters — Krishna, Ram, Hanuman, Sita and more — and strut their look on the ramp in a fun costume showcase.
- Age group: 3–14 years
- Dress as any mythological character (Krishna, Ram, Hanuman, Sita, etc.)
- Each child gets a short ramp walk with a brief introduction
- Costumes & props arranged by parents/guardians
- Parent/guardian must be present
Contribute for Evening Prasad
Sandhya Bhog
Offer Sandhya Bhog (evening prasad) on any day of the festival — contribute cash or prepare and bring bhog items for distribution to all attendees.
- Open for all 13 festival evenings: 16 Jul – 27 Jul 2026
- Contribute cash or actual bhog items (sweets, fruits, snacks)
- Bhog quantity must be sufficient for at least 500 people
- Select your preferred date(s) and describe what you wish to offer
Participate in the Offering
Chhappan Bhog (56 Bhog)
Take part in preparing the sacred Chhappan Bhog — the traditional 56-item offering presented to Bhagwan Shri Jagannath. Choose an item from the list and prepare it with devotion.
- Pick one (or more) items from the 56 Bhog list
- Prepare at home with shuddha, satvik ingredients
- Items are arranged together for the grand Chhapan Bhog display
- Offered to Bhagwan Shri Jagannath before distribution

Special / Personal Puja
Book a dedicated 20-minute puja slot at the mandap for your family. Available across 7 days (17–23 Jul) in two daily sessions — morning and evening.

- Morning: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Evening: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
- 3 slots per session · 6 slots per day · 42 slots total

Mahaprasad Pre-booking
Pre-book your portion of the sacred Mahaprasad available daily from 17–23 July 2026. Limited portions per day — pre-payment required to confirm.

Free Mahaprasad RSVP
RSVP for the community free Mahaprasad served to all devotees on 19th July 2026. Your head count helps us plan and avoid waste while ensuring everyone is served.
- Completely free for all PBEL City residents
- Served at clubhouse in the afternoon (1 PM – 3 PM)
- Mention the number of family members attending
- Walk-ins welcome, but RSVP helps us prepare
